Procedures
Phase 1: Acceptance of the application: Upon receipt of an application that meets the requirements, the certification body will provide the applicant with a declaration of acceptance to inform the applicant of the sending or sending of relevant documents and materials.
Phase 2: Data Review: During the data validation phase, product certification engineers must divide the application into units. If a sample test is required, the product certification engineer will send a sample notification to the applicant after the unit has been split.
Phase 3: Sample Receipt: The sample is sent by the applicant or the certification body to the notified body.
Phase 4: Sample testing: During the sample test, the applicant must correct the sample mismatch according to the sample test certificate. After completion of the sample test, the testing organization must complete the sample test result notification and submit the test report and other data to the certification body.
Phase 5: Factory Audit: For applications that require factory inspections, the certification body organizes factory inspections.
Stage 6: Conformity Assessment: Product Certification Engineers conduct an initial assessment after collecting and arranging the results of each phase. The conformity assessor re-evaluates the above results.
Phase 7: Certificate Approval: Certification Body Issuing Certificate
Phase 8: Certificate Print, Receive, Send and Manage: The data is collected by the applicant or a certificate must be sent.
