New Implementation Regulation CNCA-C11-01 for Vehicle released
on the 17 april 2020, a new implementation regulation CNCA-C11-01: 2020 for Vehicle was released by the chinese goverment CNCA (“Certification and Accreditation of the People`s Republic of China”).
(1) implementation date
The new version of the implementation regulation for Vehicle replaced the old version of the implementation regulation (CNCA-C11-01: 2014) from the date of release.
(2) Conversion of valid certificates
All valid China CCC certificates that have been issued can continue to be used, and they will be conformed to the new implementation regulation CNCA-C11-01: 2020 through natural transition methode, e.g. expiring of validity of certifiates, changing technical standards for products, etc.
(3) Transition period for new certification application
From the effective date of the new version of the implementation regulation for vehicle certification, the designated certification body shall perform certification in accordance with the new version of the implementation regulation. For some products that involve new standards and changes in the technical parameters of the vehicle structure, a one-year transition period will be granted for new certification applications for the related products.
